This condo is located 20 miles from Sky Harbor Airport, 10 minutes from downtown Mesa, 20 minutes from Old Scottsdale, & 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix. It is resort living at its best on the 10th fairway of the Arizona Golf Resort, one of the oldest and best courses in Mesa.

1200 Square feet one level home with 2 bedrooms, 2baths on the 2nd floor.
BEDS AND SLEEPING:
2 - Private bedrooms. Master with Queen and 2nd Bedroom with two twins. Two additional guests can sleep on the living room Queen sofa sleeper.
OCCUPANCY LIMITS:
This home will accommodate 6.

2 - Master with private 3/4 and second bath with tub/shower combination

SPECIAL FEATURES:

This is a fully furnished home with South Western decor. It is open and bright with great views off the living room patio with furniture where you can enjoy great sun sets and watching golfers negotiate the 10th fairway.

It also offers covered parking, shared pool, hot tub and grills. This unit has its own washer & dryer.

You will enjoy keeping in touch with email, business and events with free high speed internet and cable TV.

The kitchen is fully supplied offering basic spices, cleaning products for dishes, & laundry. In addition to normal appliances, there is a dishwasher, microwave and ice maker.

There are (17) 18 hole Public Golf Courses within 10 Miles, and an additional (3) 18 hole Semi-Private courses within 5 miles. Outstanding options for a variety of player levels.

Several restaurants, theaters, malls, groceries stores, and hospitals are all within 5-10 minutes.

EXTRAS:

With all our units, we furnish additional items that are not normally available in a vacation rental at no additional cost to you. You will find, basic spices & condiments in addition to coffee, tea, cocoa and necessary soaps & conditioners for body, laundry, and dishes. In units where it is appropriate, you will also find fishing poles/tackle, and wood for the fireplaces.

You can consider our vacation homes/cabins/& condo's as fully furnished and ready to pamper all your needs.

Basically, all you need to do is bring your clothes, food, and a desire for a special memory making vacation. We supply the rest.

  • May thru September ... $510/week $1500/month
  • October thru December ... $594/week $1725/month
  • To above add $100 cleaning fee and 15.02% tax for stays under 30 days and 1.75% for stays 30 days or more.
  • $500 refundable security deposit at booking held on credit card.
  • 50% deposit at booking with balance due 60 days of arrival
  • No refund if cancellation within 60 days of arrival
  • 15% Cancellation fee before 60 days of arrival
